Dedicated GPU compute for Exascale Labs

A strategic three-year Compute Services Agreement for approximately US$71.4 million of dedicated AI GPU compute infrastructure and services.

Overview

On 16 July 2026, Exascale Labs announced a three-year Compute Services Agreement with Dimension AI Pte. Ltd. Under the agreement, Exascale will procure approximately US$71.4 million of dedicated AI GPU compute infrastructure and services from Dimension AI.

Challenge

Exascale needed long-term access to production-ready GPU infrastructure to expand the compute behind its GPU-as-a-Service platform and Token Factory ecosystem, and to support enterprise AI, large-scale model training, inference and high-performance computing workloads.

Architecture

The programme is dedicated AI GPU compute infrastructure and services delivered through Dimension AI’s AI Factory model — enterprise GPU capacity with the operational environment required for production AI, rather than unmanaged hardware alone.

Deployment

The agreement runs for three years and is designed to give Exascale reserved, enterprise-grade GPU capacity as it scales platform customers, developers and research workloads. Dimension AI is positioned as the infrastructure partner supplying that dedicated compute.

Outcome

The published outcome is a contracted, dedicated GPU compute programme at approximately US$71.4 million over three years, expanding Exascale’s access to production AI infrastructure. No unpublished performance benchmarks are claimed here.
