Exascale Labs Announces US$71.4 Million Strategic Three-Year AI Compute Infrastructure Agreement with Dimension AI
Exascale Labs has entered into a strategic three-year Compute Services Agreement with Dimension AI for approximately US$71.4 million of dedicated AI GPU compute infrastructure and services.
San Francisco – July 16, 2026 — Exascale Labs Inc. ("Exascale") today announced the execution of a strategic three-year Compute Services Agreement with Dimension AI Pte. Ltd. ("Dimension AI"), under which Exascale will procure approximately US$71.4 million of dedicated AI GPU compute infrastructure and services.
The agreement represents a significant milestone in Exascale's long-term AI infrastructure strategy, substantially expanding the compute capacity underpinning its GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform and Token Factory ecosystem. The partnership is designed to meet the rapidly growing global demand for enterprise-grade artificial intelligence, large-scale model training, inference, and high-performance computing workloads.
By securing long-term access to production-ready GPU infrastructure, Exascale further strengthens its ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI compute services to enterprise customers, AI developers, research institutions, and digital infrastructure partners worldwide.

The announcement comes ahead of Exascale's proposed business combination with D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. (Nasdaq: BCAR) and its anticipated public listing under the proposed ticker symbol "XLAB."
